10.2 Termination does not relieve the Client of outstanding payment obligations.
10.3 Upon termination, any fees paid remain subject to Section 5.4 (Refunds).

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.2 Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai in accordance with applicable UAE arbitration rules. If arbitration fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
